• All orders over $75 receive free shipping (within Continental USA). Shipping rates on orders less than $75 are calculated in the shopping cart when order is placed.
• Orders placed before 1pm PST for stock products will ship the same day via UPS Ground.

Damaged Product Policy:

• Please check the contents of your shipment & report any damage to us within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
• The original carton and packing materials must be saved for a damage claim to be made.
• In certain cases, UPS will need to inspect the damage for verification.
